Elecare formula

The gi doctor put Val on elecare formula. Anyone use this? Any reviews on it? Thanks

    I just replied to your reflux post below. Didn't see this one.

    Is there a reason the doc is going right to an elemental formula rather than the in-between option of Similac Alimentum/Enfacare Nutramigen?

    Julia is on Alimentum, not an elemental formula.  My insurance would have covered an elemental formula like Elecare,so be sure to check that out. 

    The specialty formulas tend to smell bad, but Julia is a new baby for feeding purposes because of the switch to specialty formula. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
