Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Help!

My son is 23 weeks. Long story short he has been sleeping in his crib 95% of the time since I went back to work when he was 3 months old. The first month was great, he slept through the night very well. THen the lovely '4 month sleep regression' hit us pretty hard. He was doing well then when he was 4.5 months he started waking up in the middle of the night...anywhere from 1 - 2 x a night for what seemed to be wanting his bink and having trouble putting himself back to sleep. Once we went in and gave him his bink he went right back to bed... He has probably gotten up atleast once a night for the past month only when he is in his crib. I have no clue why he is doing this. We even put him back in the RnP in our room to see if it was his crib/room & when he did and he slept soundly through the night. We even tried putting his RnP in his room...didn't wake once. Put him back in the crib for a night and boom, up crying for his bink. He isn't even a big 'bink baby' he uses it here and there but its no longer a 'necessity' for him...except at this time during the middle of the night! Anyone else experience this? Does he hate his crib? Do we start the whole CIO thing? I feel like I have a newborn again getting up multiple times a night again :( Any advice would be wonderful and greatly appreciated :)
