First of all, I don't post a ton here but whenever I have, everyone has been so helpful. Thank you
Anyways. I have been buying diapers here and there over the past 6+ months whenever I spot a deal. Happy to say I haven't paid full price anything except 1 dipe (damn Twinkie Tush)! I've set everything out to actually see what all I have and I'm wondering if you might suggest anything else I should add/need? Maybe some more pockets? I didn't realize how AIO heavy my stash was. I probably need a sprayer (though it could wait a while yet), detergent (I haven't looked into this at all - we have hard water), and some CD safe butt cream (again, haven't looked into this quite yet either)
Newborn:
18 GM Workhorse Fitteds (I need covers still - Debating what/how many to get)
2 Kawaii P&Ns - I hear great things, maybe add some more of these?
Also considering getting some NB Swaddlebees AIOs if I can find a deal
Rest of my stash:
2 Swaddlesbees Simplex AIO
3 BG Freetimes
2 Imagine AIO
3 Thirsties AIO
2 Bumkins AIO
5 Best Bottoms AI2's (I have a few of the snap-in inserts-I'll get more if I like the system)
2 Kawaii HD2's
5 Alva's (2 are Color Snaps)
1 Twinkie Tush Fitted (I secretly hope this doesn't live up to all the hype - That sucker was expensive - The only diaper I paid full price for)
Re: Filling out my stash
Definitely get more NB diaper changes. If you're thinking about getting more P&Ns, then that would be a great way to both give you enough NB diapers as well as make sure you have enough post-NB (since P&Ns will fit to about 20 lbs) while you decide if you want more AIOs or prefer a different type of diaper. I would get 4 nb covers. Since you're using fitteds you will avoid poo-on-the-cover situations and will be able to reuse them more often than if you were using PFs.
Also agree with PP that you'll need a cover for the TT. I'd get a Blueberry Coverall or a Thirsties size 2 (since a Flip isn't going to fit over that for very long if at all as your LO grows - TTs run big).
Pure & Natural. They are a smaller (non-one size) pocket diaper made by Kawaii. They are awesome because they fit newborns but continue to fit and be absorbent enough far beyond the newborn stage. Plus they cost $6-7.
My P&Ns didn't fit from day 1 (LO was 8lbs), so if you get more of those keep in mind you might not be able to use them right away. I think he was about 9.5 or 10 lbs when they started to fit.
I loved the simplex but LO turned out to be a heavy wetter, and I ended up needing some xs bamboo doublers to stuff into them around week 4 so they wouldn't leak.
I actually really liked the alva newborn diapers, although we replaced the MF inserts with xs prefolds (their MF is terrible).
I agree that you should try what you've got before getting more OS stash, but you will probably need to consider something for overnight. AIOs are generally not absorbent enough for overnight. Your Kawaii HDs will probably work, although I found we need some hemp doublers with our pockets to make them work once he started sleeping 8+ hours (joey bunz rock). TT is supposed to be a great overnight choice (with a cover or soaker) but if you decide to go the fitted route you'll need more than 1
For your detergent - we use Rock n Green hard rock and I love it. I use tide and a 1/4 c bleach about once a month for a deep clean. I'd use the tide more often, but we have a front loader and I have to do about 5 extra rinses to get all the suds out. If you have a top loader, I'd honestly just use Tide original powder.
For cloth diaper cream - a lot of mamas say they don't need it. We've always used CJs, and I love the CJs plus as well.
What about wipes & wetbags? Cloth wipes (or baby wash cloths) with plain water in a squirt bottle have worked really well for us.You'll need 2 wetbags for dirties (1 to put dirties in, and an extra for when that one is in the wash).

WET BAGS! Duh. Don't know how I let that one slip. Okay, so definitely more NB dipes - I'm thinking it would be more cost effective to skip the Swaddlebees and just stock up on some more of the GM Workhorse's. I've never heard of anyone who didn't like the Workhorse's and they seem simple enough. Might add some more P&Ns too
This has all helped - Thank you!
ETA: I hear TT's are awesome for overnight. I'm thinking this will likely be our night-time solution. I'm waiting to find out if we're having a boy/girl before I buy any more. I got a really cute gender-neutral print, but I see so many crazy cute gender specific ones that I must have. Everyone I know that uses TT are addicted. I'm scared,
