Update to success after CP, beta is 44000 today

Hello,

I posted last week about having my third chemical pregnancy.  I had an ultrasound on what i thought was my 6 week mark and the RE couldnt find anything besides some blood and a cyst, no sac. 

I had my HCG's done this morning and it came back at 44,000.  That means it has been doubling right on track since my last one.  Could the RE have missed something during the scan?  I wonder if it is tubal.  Do any of you have experience with a situation like this?  My thought is that it is wither tubal or he missed the sac and told me it was a CP without being sure.

I would go back for an u/s ASAP for sure. If it's tubal you need to address it immediately to prevent further damage. I'd also question an RE who didn't rule out a tubal pregnancy at your last u/s. FX for you that it's just a miracle baby he missed last time. But I'd get checked out as soon as you can.
