Nursing Twin Toddlers

I have a couple questions for BTDT moms.  I tried searching but didn't find anything helpful.

We are still nursing before naps, bedtime and once at night.  DS has STTN a couple times and is showing signs he's ready to do it on a regular basis. DD still wakes like clockwork at 5am every morning.  I usually wake him too, nurse them both and then it's back to bed until 8am.  The few times I haven't woken him he'll sleep until 7 or 8, and then I have lopsided boobs all morning until it's time for their nap.

My question is, what's the best way to handle this? Continue waking him until they're both ready to STTN on their own? Drop the night feeding now even though she still wakes for it? I feel like it's unfair to him to wake him at night, but I also don't want to nurse her, then he wakes up 30 minutes later or have one full and one empty breast all morning. Not a great look.

My second question is how do/did you handle them constantly touching each other while nursing?  When they just hold hands or rub each other it's not an issue, but now we're getting into poking, pinching, grabbing and hair pulling while nursing.  I move their hand down to their side and tell them no poking, pinching, etc., but then they're right back at it two seconds later.  

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
