s/o movies

Having a grade school aged child in the home has its great advantages.  One of them being an awesome excuse to see animated movies.  I took my SD to Despicable Me 2 this evening, and it was so cute!  I honestly look more forward to some of the children's movies than the more mature movies any more.

Re: s/o movies

  • I love having kids so we have an excuse to watch all the movies we loved as kids. I have Rosie addicted to Land Before Time.

  • We saw Despicable Me 2 today too. I want a real minion, specifically Stuart. He's a one-eyed minion.

  • I look forward to watching whole movies with DD one day. Right now we watch some clips she likes from 101 Dalmations, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid. My kid is obsessed with Ariel, but the movie is scary, so I fast forward a lot.
