What are the rules for pumping and dumping?

If I have a glass of wine at 7 pm, when can I BF again? When will that enter my breastmilk?

No need to pump and dump. Alcohol leaves breastmilk at the same rate is leaves blood. If you are sober enough to drive than you can breastfeed. I have had 1 glass of wine or beer and breastfeed DS. I usually will drink right after I feed him so that the next time he nurses will be 2-3 hours later.
