Re: Lindsey vs. Lindsay
I feel like Lindsay is more feminine looking, but I think Lindsey works better for how I pronounce the name Lind Zee.

Lindsey is the variant. People argue on the spellings for each sex. There is not a girl spelling and/or boy spelling. All of the girls I know spell it Lindsay.
This for me too.
I'm a Lindsay and I was named after a man
2. I just don't like the name either way. It reminds me of lint. And Lindsay Lohan.

As a Lindsey, I prefer the E spelling. However, I've been told the A spelling is the feminine spelling, while the E version is the masculine spelling.
Whichever way you spell it, you'll always field the "E or A?" question. But either way, a nice solid girls name.

I prefer my spelling but TBH my life would be easier if I spelled my name Lindsey.
As a teacher, I've seen both. I personally prefer Lindsey.
