Screeching, crying, whining, oh my!

My 10 month olds have suddenly started screaming, crying, whining, and wanting to be picked up constantly. It is exhausting when I'm by myself with them during the Day. Is it a separation anxiety thing? Any experiences? Advice? Please tell me it's a phase that passes quickly!

It is a phase! We still have our moments over here at 1year old, but I feel like it is getting better than where we were a month ago! Good luck!
