Has anyone been diagnosed with this? My skin has become so sensitive that areas that rub together like my armpits and inner thighs grow big red bumps. It really hurt other then antibiotics is there anything I can do? I'm in a lot of pain..
i don't think that's cellulitis?? nbsp; sounds more like good old fashioned chubrub lol
Yeh, I Agree. Cellulitis is a very serious and dangerous infection that makes you swell up very unnaturally. The areas become very red, streakish, and feverish. It doesn't just happen from areas rubbing together.... I don't think...

Agree. I get it too on my legs. I took a cue from baby here and bought myself desitin Instant relief and I can't remember the brand, but some butt powder for prevention. Worked wonders
Hey someone else with the chub rub problem! I use body glide to help prevent additional chafing. If it is already raw, ointments to help it heal will be the best thing you can do. Some people like to use baby power/body powder to help reduce friction and prevent chaffing.
Oh, and letting things air out helps a ton to. My dh has been happy (other than the fact that he is gone all the time) that since being pregnant I am the happiest with maybe some undergarments on and a bathrobe on. My skin just needs to breathe lol. That's bad news for visitors and I do ask that you give me a 10 minutes heads up so I can put clothes on before you come over.

I'm starting to think I need to own stock in baby powder for how much I've been using in this heat!
