It depends on where you're located. I see Dr. Jennifer Jacobs in the medical center area. She practices with Lone Star OB/Gyn. I've heard great things about Dr. Kuhl, whom also practices with them. I've heard lots of great things about all the doctors in that practice. They deliver at St. Luke's and Methodist in the medical center.
There are also the Lonestar Midwives in the medical center. The Lone star doctors are their back up if you end up needing a csection and they deliver at St. Luke's Baptist.
If you're interested in a non hospital birth there's a birthing center in the Medical center and a brand new birthing center just opened up in the Stone Oak area. There are also lots of different midwives who do home births in the area.
Hopefully some other people will chime in with good options for other areas of town.
