buying clothes on zappos?

i never have but I'm only 5'0 and with free shipping & returns I'm open to trying it!

Then  I saw this picture. The side view looks whacked out. I don't know if I should trust these photos! WDYT?

ETA I take that back. I just realized a whopping 352 items out of over 23,000 listed in 'women's clothing' are listed as petite size. Awesome.

ETA #2: I shop on zappos regularly for shoes, I'm just curious about clothes shopping, since I haven't ventured beyond shoes & bags on there.

I shop a but on zappos: shoes. Sunglasses and dresses. They accept returns hassle free.

2-Step

I shop on zappos all the time. They have free overnight shipping and if you need to exchange something it only takes a couple days. Not everything works out, but most things are realistically portrayed I think, and if there are reviews you can read through them to get a sense of what other customers thought. 

You can also try 6pm.com, which is their outlet site. It doesn't have the overnight shipping, but a lot of the same items are on there in limited sizes or colors. I use it for my kids clothes, athletic shoes and winter boots.

I shop on zappos for everything fashion related BUT clothing, I just have never had any luck in that department. But the free shipping both ways is awesome.
