I'm just pondering what would be a good middle name for Aurora/?r?ra (pronounced Ow-roar-a with rolling r's, this is the Icelandic spelling/pronunciation. DH is Icelandic and we'll be moving to Iceland in the future so this is important!)
Any good suggestions that would match either version?

Re: Middle Name for Aurora?
My first thought was Aurora Kate. I think its cute but maybe too predictable?
Aurora Kathryn (along the same line)
Aurora Elaine
Aurora June
Aurora Nadine
Aurora LeAnn
I think there are TONS of great options!
Agree with PP, there are lots of great MN options for this name.

But seriously, I LOVE the name Aurora, and there are really so many gorgeous names that will fit prettily, the only thing is: Do you want to stick to the Icelandic theme.... or roll with something maybe a little more English? Decide on that, and it will narrow it down, even if it doesn't seem like it!
Aurora Grace
Aurora Marie
Aurora Joy
I think it will more likely be the Icelandic version. I think spelling-wise, in English people will recognize Arora as Aurora, KWIM? In order for my children to be Icelandic citizens, they must have at least one Icelandic name (DD1 is Melody L?a). Iceland actually has a naming committee, as crazy as that sounds lol. If we use an Icelandic first name with Icelandic spelling, the middle name doesn't have to be Icelandic. I want the passports she has to match when she gets one, so Arora/?r?ra will probably be the way we'll go.
I love that spelling! And I didn't know that about the citizenship thing, but either way- the spelling and names are awesome!
Good luck on the middle name though, this will be our 3rd baby and my hubs and I came to an agreement during our first pregnancy that he picks middle names and I the first- thus Janzen Andrew, Crimson Nikole and soon- Zimri Elisabeth
