Packer, if you are around, quick question!

We have been having weird assed weather.  Lots of high and low pressure changes storm cell going through, it's been constant for about two weeks now.  My dog has been really jumpy because of it.  Not full on freaking out (thank you thunder shirt) but barking at everything that moves.  Startling easily whatever.  Last night he howled in his sleep and then his morning he woke up and peed on the bed beside me.  Just now I came out of the bathroom and found him on the table having stollen my food and was drinking my glass of milk.  This is obviously not normal behaviour for him.  I am trying to decide if I should chalk it up to stress because he has always been high strung or if maybe I should take him in to the vet.

He's an unaltered Jack Russell/Border Collie mix and he's about 10 years old if that makes any difference?
