Lo eating question/daycare kiddos

If your LO goes to daycare . do you find that they eat a whole lot more there than at home?  When I send DD to daycare, she eats 2 scrambled eggs, a waffle or toast, plus 4-6 ounces of fruit.  Then she eats her whole lunch and then snack.  On the weekends/days off, I can barely get her to eat some fruit for breakfast and then at lunch, she is completely uninterested. 

What are your thoughts? TIA!

YES!!!  Same here, and this always makes me wonder if what they are recording on his daily sheet is really true.

She eats really well at daycare (breakfast, lunch, 2 snacks - all things that I pack for her). Because she eats so well there, dinner is hit or miss at home, mainly because I think she's just not hungry. We've started eating dinner a bit later (6 or 6:30) and that seems to help her eat a little more at home.

Yes, I usually get the report that he eats everything that I send. Soooo not the case at home where he throws 90% of what I give him on the floor!
