Need some support!

Hi ladies! I know I've been MIA for quite awhile, but I'm posting to hopefully get some support. Today I found out I am pregnant!! I thought I would be beyond excited, as I was with DD, but I feel more anxious. I thought I was out this cycle I've been having period symptoms since Sunday very light spotting on 2 different occasions, some mild cramping here and there. I basically took a test to prove to myself that AF WAS on its way, but clearly I was proved wrong! I think I'm feeling so anxious because I didn't experience any symptoms with DD at all until about a week after my BFP. I know every pregnancy is different, but I am reaching out for some thoughts and prayers for a healthy baby in there! I promised myself I wouldn't take anymore tests and just call my dr. on Friday to make an appt. Thanks ladies!

As a side note, I do still lurk quite often and I love hearing about all the LOs. Congrats to all the mamas with new squishies and the pregnant mamas as well! :

Hey you! When I was pg dd1 I almost didn't test because it was the first cycle where I was sure that I wasn't pg and that af was coming. Good thoughts for you!

I'm glad you found your way back here for some support. Of course every pregnancy is different. Statistically speaking, chances are excellent that there's nothing wrong with your or the LO you're currently carrying. Please try to relax on that front. Definitely call and make an appointment with your doc, and let us know how things go.

Just try to remember... TODAY, you are pregnant.

And... A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!! Any idea when EDD is?

Thank you Bncha and JandK for your kind words! Several times today, I found myself thinking how blessed I am to be pregnant right now.

EDD is March 12. Insert mobile smiley here! Haha.

Thanks for posting and for sharing that! The "I think my period is coming any second now" feeling is really throwing me, but I'm trying to push the worry aside and just be happy!

It's nice to see you back. Congrats on your BFP! I don't have any personal experience with bleeding but I know it happens frequently and everything is fine.

1 - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

2 - Would you believe me if I told you I was coming on here to give you a shout out just because I missed you? It's true!

3 - Try not to worry (easier said than done, right?). JnK is right. Chances are this pregnancy will be as standard as can be - and you'll have a beautiful baby to hold come mid-march!
