Baby flipped sides?

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I'm 37 weeks 3 days and seems baby dropped a little two days ago. Now today I feel him kicking or punching all over my right side when before I only felt kicks on my left. I swear there's two in there the way his body lies I can't picture how his feet and a large bump can be along my ribs on the right and a smaller bump which I assume is shoulder can be on the left so far apart..it's so odd. Anyway, I just find it funny that he's moving more on the left now, when he's been on the right 100 of the time!

My little guy moves from right to left every couple days. He usually goes back to the left, which I've heard is optimal position for birth but I don't think it matters until the actual birth as long as they're head down.

But yes, yesterday all the kicks were in my left ribs and I felt hiccups on my right side. The doctor also found the heartbeat on my lower right side. Today, he's back with his feet on my right side and back on my left as the kicks are opposite and hiccups are on left side. It feels like he's bursting out when he switches though. I have no idea how he still has room to do that !

Yup! And some will continue to flip sides up until and in labor.

I have only felt kicks on my left side for weeks now. It's strange.

From week 32 to 37 babys back was on my left side, head down... this was determined at my growth scan. She was kicking my right side for weeks. I went to yoga sunday, and afterward she was moving like crazy. I started getting kicks in my left side. Went to the doc yesterday, and sure enough she flipped sides, head still down, back along right side...
