Any Preemie mom support groups in CT?

I'm looking for a friend of mine who lives in CT. Her baby, now 5 months old was born at 27 wks and she's looking for other moms who've experienced the same thing.

I have a 25 weeker who is now 20 months old.  I dont know of any specific support groups that meet regularly but I have meet several other preemie moms through the march of dimes and the tiny miracles foundation.  Id be happy to connect with your friend for support too.
