Hello everyone!
My husband and I have been wanting to start TTC, but I am a little concerned because of my irregular AF. I used to be on Depo, but my last shot was march 2012. My first AF after I stopped was in August 2012 I got two that month. They have been irregular ever since. I am now on day 45, this is the longest I have gone without AF. Does anyone have any advice on how to get back on a regular track? I also try to track it with two different phone apps.
Thanks!
Re: Any advice?
This is good advice.
The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is another great charting resource.
