I am new expecting mother. I just recently hit my 2nd tri and really have the urge to workout and be active again.
My work schedule falls into all the good prenatal yoga classes, which i am so sad about. I know how important it is or have heard how important it is to be active and relaxed while pregnant.
Any ideas?? Or any takers of setting a Walking Club up?
