Positive thoughts and prayers please

Today my family and I wait for a phone call from the Doctor about my Grandfather's prognosis. He's 84 and a smoker for 60+ years. He's in really good health for his age however has had fluid build up in his lungs. So much that it really labored his breath and he's now on oxygen.

Yesterday the Dr told him and my Mom it's either cancer or a infection.

I have never prayed so hard that this is just an infection.
