What time do you weigh yourself

I'm trying to lose the baby weight by eating better and working out again. When I weigh myself at different times of the day my weight is all over the place. I'm not really that concerned just curious if my new routine is working. What time is most accurate?

    It really doesn't matter, as long as you're consistently weighing yourself at the same time each day.  I do mornings just because that's the only time I'll consistently remember!

    Same, also after you first pee in the morning before you eat/drink anything is when you weigh the least out of the day.  So I always weigh myself only in the morning! 

  • I do in the morning after using the bathroom because I don't have to worry that the actual weight of the food is altering the scale.

  • PPs have mentioned the morning after using the bathroom for good reason. Your water has balanced out and you won't have excess retention, most often, when you first wake up in the morning. It's also a good idea to choose one day each week (Thursday morning, for example), and go with that day each week for weighing yourself. It's unnecessary to weigh more frequently and it could lead to you becoming overly obsessed with the number and less in tune with how you feel.
