Hello All!  I just got the call from my doctor today that I have gestational diabetes.  I failed all but the fasting draw.  I have the appointment with the dietician Friday and nurse on Tuesday.  I have been crying all morning.  The thought of pricking my finger all day or even worse possibly having to give myself shots is terrifying me.  I am worried about how this could affect the baby, I don't want to be induced early!  Any and all advice is welcome.  My due date is September 5th.
