Terrible Cramping

Hey Gals,

Have any of ya'll experienced really bad, consistent cramping? Its been going on all day. It's really painful and I'm balled over in bed, Tylenol not helping.

I'm 12 weeks, saw the baby at apt yesterday and all was good. I haven't had any spotting associated with the cramps. If I hadn't seen my baby's heart beating and wiggling yesterday I'd be booking an u/s asap w/ dr.

Has anyone experienced cramps like this? Thoughts on what could be happening. WWYD? Thanks

    I would call your OB and talk to the dr on call. Good that you saw LO yesterday but that's what I would do. Good luck!
    Me:30 low AMH; DH:30 MFI (count, motility, morphology)
    2 rounds clomid 100 mg -BFN
    IUI#1- 25 mg clomid- July 2012= BFN!
    IUI #2 August = BFN!
    IUI #3 September = BFN!

    IVF #1 November - converted to IUI #4 due to poor response = BFN
    IVF #1.2 February- converted to IUI #5 due to poor response = BFN
    IVF #1.3 April- micro dose Lupron flare with HGH; 14R, 13M, 11F! Transfer of 1 day 5 blast on 4/30, 4 frosties. BFP! Beta #1 9dp5dt= 179; Beta #2 11dp5dt= 442; Beta #3 4106 Stick baby stick!!

    I would call. I've never had consistent bad cramping. GL and keep us posted.

    I read online that this is around the time the baby "comes out of the pelvis" so it might be normal. If it doesn't let up by tomorrow I'll ask to get worked in. You know, its just out of ordinary and I'm freaked.

    I would call.  I'm 25 weeks and still get crampy, but not to the point where I'm doubled ove rin pain.  Call and talk to the dr on call.  Thats what they are there for!

Beta #2 2/8/13 - 586! , Beta #3 2/10/13 = 1898. First u/s perfect little heart beat at 116 bpm. Measure 6 weeks 1 day. EDD 10/14/13
    3/4/13 measuring right on track beautiful heartbeat 171 bpm, graduated from RE to OB... bittersweet.
    PAIF/SAIF always welcome! Its a girl!

    TTC#2  No birth control since DD was born.  Getting ready to jump back in the saddle.  Weaning this month. RE

    IFV# 6.  10/27  6 retrieved 4 mature 3 fertilized.  2 made it to 3dt 10/30. 1"very pretty 8 cell" and 1 6 cell.  Beta
    11/13.   Please stick embies!!!!  We love you so much already! 11/12/14  POAS, BFP... beta tomorrow!
    11/13 beta #1  924!!!  2nd bet 11/15 1906, one more on 11/17 3rd & final beta 3430.  First u/s 12/5, 7w4d, 2 heartbeats,
    both measuring right on track....2nd u/s... all is well... both beans measuring right on track... released from RE... first
    appointment with MFM 1/5.  Looks like this is really happening!

    I had HORRIBLE cramping around that same time, and it was round ligament pain in the end, but I went in to be seen anyway. I would just give them a call. I hope you start feeling better!

    Oct 2012, 2nd round of Clomid, one 19mm egg upping dosage 100mg clomid for November in hopes of doing IUI-BFN

    November 18th 2012, IUI #1-BFN prescribed progesterone supplements for next cycle, monitoring appt Dec 12th.

    December 14th- Missed ovulation, doing TI instead of IUI.-BFN

    January 11th IUI #2-BFN

    IUI #3-Feb 13th=BFP

    Have you been drinking a ton of water?  If the cramping is terrible, then I'd call right away and not wait.  

    Round ligament pain cramping felt like it was more on the sides of my belly/uterus and down low.  I also have cramping if I'm not drinking enough (my nurse wants me to drink 100 oz a day, which is a struggle for me).  But I'd definitely call if any pain was in the "terrible" stage.

    Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
    3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
    3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
    4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
    PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

    I had some bad cramping around week 14. Like PP said, I think it has something to do w your ute moving or growing.

    Can you drink some water, rest with your feet up and call your OB if its still bothering you?

    Thanks ladies. I decided to err on the side of caution and call OB. They told me to come in immediately and I'm waiting in the office to be seen. Prayers.

    I have, call the OB. Also lie on your left side and drink 2-3 cups of water.

    I've never had that severe of cramping, so I would call your dr.

    Also, this might be a TMI question, but could you be constipated? It's obviously a s/e of pregnancy, and if it's severe enough can cause a lot of pain and discomfort. Just a thought!

    HSG: Right tube all clear, left tube inconclusive
    3 failed Clomid Cylces
    4/5 lap revealed blocked left tube, but right tube is open
    April/May- 50 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1= CANCELLED left ovary ovulating
    June 1- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #1 = BFN
    June 28- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #2 =BFP!
    7/12 Beta #1= 14 Beta #2= >5 Chemical Pregnancy :(
    July-Nov long break to recover emotionally and financially
    Nov 24- 100 mg Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI #3= BFN
    Jan 22- Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI# 4 = CANCELLED no response on right
    IVF #1- Start stims 4/7, ER 4/20, 21R, 14F, 6 frosties, ET 4/25, 2 embryos transferred= BFN :(
    FET #1- June 2012, Lurpon starts 5/27- CANCELLED
    FET #1 take 2- August 2012, delayed until Sept-CANCELLED

    Hey ladies, thanks for your replies. Late follow up, but I found out i have kidney stones. That's what was causing the pain. Ugh....at least baby ok
