Just found out we're having a baby girl! Girl names have been tough for us. Our last name is one syllable, so we both agree that her first name should be on the longer side.
I absolutely love Felicity, and DH likes it, but I wish we could find something that we both love.
DH's favorites are Natalie and Valerie. I agree that they're both pretty, but they seem dated to me.
Any advice for finding a middle ground?

I love both Natalie and Valerie. I do not like Felicity.
I would just keep sharing names you like and dropping ones the other hates, keeping others in consideration. I also learned to drop the name conversation and let DH just mull names over once in a while.
Longer name suggestions: Abigail, Amelia, Anastasia, Celia, Cecilia, Camilla, Danica, Eliza, Evangeline, Jillian, Jocelyn, Lydia, Penelope, Susannah
