    If you come back to check this, my sister delivered at Moses Taylor and had a great experience - even with her emergency c/s.

    I live in Scranton! Moses Taylor is the baby hospital here, and Physicians Health Alliance is a big OB/GYN practice. I just met mine today (Dr. Bigus) and she was nice.

      I second this recommendation.  I'm from the Wilkes-Barre area but if I lived closer to Scranton I would use Moses Taylor.
