Two weeks ago, the challenge was to volunteer or do something for someone else. Did you do it? How did it feel?
If you didn't do the challenge, what else did you do in terms of self care?
This week's challenge: Experts say that it is better to go to bed, and wake up, at the same time each day (i.e. no sleeping in or going to bed early). I don't know if I believe it, but I figure, let's give it a week.
