Tapeworm

This morning DS1 had little egg like things in his poop. Our Dr is closed cause it's a holiday but Dr. G. Oogle leads me to think it's tapeworm.

Anyone have any experience with this or egg like things in their kid's poop?

Could it be bits of rice or plastic or rubber?

Parasites are fairly rare. Do get his poop tested. I had parasites while living in a less developed country and it hurts. A lot.

Ok thank god, maybe google is wrong.

They look like white sesame seeds, only round and transparent. There were probably 25 or 30 of them and the looked like little there was something inside.

ETA: he is 2.5 and not BF anymore.

What's your two year old been eating? Any undercooked meat?

Has LO been in a sand box recently? Could have come into contact with animal poop there.
