New to the board

Just wanted to say hello, I'm new to the board and will begin working next Monday after only 8 weeks : I'm sad about it, but I need to financially support my baby girl. Any advice on surviving the first week?

    Welcome! The anticipation of going back to work is so much worse than actually going back. You and your LO will be just fine! Focus on the positive reasons of working- taking care of your LO by working, providing them with a financially stable environment, adult interaction, keeping your foot in the workplace.

    It may take a couple of weeks but you will fall into a routine which will make things easier. Plan ahead and prepare as much as you can the night before.
