Yes, I would say Lee-ah. The only other pronunciation I've heard is LAY-ah, which is how some non-Americans pronounce it.

Lia is the only other spelling I can think of

The only other spelling I know is Lia, but it's short for Ophelia.

Leah is my name. It can also be spelled Lia or Leia or Leigha. I have had my name pronounced Lay uh or Lee, but I pronounce it Lee uh. Also Leia is like Princess Leia from Star Wars.
