Hello, I'm 7 week pregnant with baby 2, with baby 1 I had lots of morning sickness and nausea my friend said that when you have a lot of morning sickness means the baby is coming normal and healthy so I'm kinda worried that I'm not having any nausea or morning sickness!

While very common, morning sickness in no way predicts the outcome of a pregnancy. It's very normal to have little-no sickness and have a perfectly healthy child.
