Question about water breaking

Those of you that are STM or June mamas already, did you experience an enormous amount of pressure before your water broke naturally or was it just out of the blue? For the past day or so I have noticed pressure in low in my groin, upper thighs, and perinium (sp?). TIA!

This is an interesting question. It's never happened on its own for me so I have always been so curious about it!

I didn't. I thought I had to pee actually. So I guess it was a type of pressure but not like you're describing.

I feel pressure like that all the time, and did last time, and my water never broke on its own. I think that's just pressure from baby being low.

Mine was out of the blue. I had no signs and was 5 days late

Nope, when my water broke with my first two I was just getting up to pee and it broke......I am hopeful it will happen again soon......

I felt enormous pressure from 24 weeks on from a short cervix and the baby being low. When my water broke, I felt no pressure and was in fact lying on my side in bed. It just popped and water gushed everywhere.
