Cats Update

Regarding the pooping outside the litter box thing, I wanted to share what my vet advised yesterday.

He said we need one more litter box. We have two, but he said we needed another. He also recommended cat attract; it's a hormone thing you put in their litter. He said putting plastic outside the boxes would help too. Just wanted to pass his thoughts along for anyone else having issues.

We are going to try these things and see if this helps.

We've actually done all of those things and we have 4 boxes for two cats. Ugh. I guess we're doomed to always have this problem

Do they have a direct line of sight from the litter box to the nearest exit? I researched that and that could be a factor as well.
