O/T-Fertility Friend on Facebook

Hi all,

I'm interested in getting the discount to VIP FF that is on FB, but I am paranoid that clicking on their "Promos" link will post "LIZ HAS BOUGHT VIP FERTILITY FRIEND. LIZ IS TRYING TO MAKE A BABY!" All over my Facebook feed.   Anyone have any experience with this? Do I have to "Like" their page, or does it "connect" you to FF in any way on Facebook to look for coupon codes?

    I went into my privacy settings and changed it to where my friends couldn't see the things I "liked". After I did that I liked it, got the promo and then unliked it again.
