4am wake up

My DH and I just shot out of bed bc the outlet in our bathroom was making a horrible buzzing sound. Think fan blade hitting object... He flipped the breaker downstairs and checked for smoke or fire smell and went back to bed! I am lying here unable to sleep trying to think if ways to carry my 2 and 4 year olds to safety from second floor if my house starts on fire!!
Calling electrician ASAP!!
I want to sleep. Wahhhhh.

    That sure would make me paranoid.  =(  Do you have a smoke detector you can put next to it? It might offer a lil peace of mind.
