This sucks

A week ago DS1 got bronchitis, then I got a head cold and now DS2 has a virus or something...at the beach which I know because of taking him to urgent care. We all got a total of 3 hours of sleep last night because of coughing, crying, throw up from DS2. It's bedtime again and he's hacking away.
