I am seven weeks past my csection and my stomach hurts bad! I was wondering if it is because of my csection or maybe the stomach bug because it feels similar

Fever may be a symptom but don't let a lack of fever trick you into thinking you are fine. I tend not run fevers so I can be very sick but not have a fever.
