Does anyone know the signs of an internal infection?

I am seven weeks past my csection and my stomach hurts bad! I was wondering if it is because of my csection or maybe the stomach bug because it feels similar

Signs would probably be fever and depending on where the infection is, painful urination, abdominal pain, flu like symptoms and warmness to the touch near the infection site. 

If you suspect it, call you doctor ASAP.

 Fever may be a symptom but don't let a lack of fever trick you into thinking you are fine.  I tend not run fevers so I can be very sick but not have a fever.
