I found this board and thought I could be helpful to some. I'm an adoptions case manager. Affiliated with foster parents adopting. I also worked in services for two years. I know the grueling process for foster parents hoping to adopt. Anyway, laws and procedures vary from state to state but I can answer any questions if you want to take a stab at me.
