DS is red all over!

I started formula with BM today with DS because i coulndt keep up with pumping so i decieded to supplement. I sent DS with 7 four ounce bottles of enfamil with a 10 oz bag of BM to be added to each bottle. (I dont have bigger bottles yet.) He drank one bottle ok a little fussy but drank it. By bottle 2 he was swollen on one side of his face and red flushed! All over! Pedi says flush him out with BM, and pump and nurse like a mad woman, but try to de stress... no need to bring him in. Not what i wanted to hear...any mommy advice? i checked on him an hour ago, it seems to have lightened because i sent my last 3 bags of BM to her. And he is in good spirits!
