Not getting to sitting

Just curious if anyone else's LO can't get into a sitting position on their own?  DS has been able to sit up on his own since 5 months but can't get there on his own even now at almost 11 months.

My son sits up by rolling on to his belly and pushing up with his arms, not by doing a sit up. He's been doing that since about 9 1/2 months. But every kid is different.

DS turned 10 months today and he can sit unassisted but can't go into a sitting position at all, or crawl, or pull up.  He's taking his time I guess

my DS cannot get himself into a sitting position yet. I think its because he doesn't want to because if I set him in a sitting position he just flops over because he wants to crawl, he doesn't sit still!
