ring tai?

Anyone ever used a ring tai carrier like this? The rings are hooked to the shoulder straps. Is it comfy? Does it feel secure/safe? My mai tai has a lot of tying involved. I love it, but it's a pain to get on in public. LO sleeps better in it though than the ring sling. This looks a lot simpler to "assemble".
