xp from multiples cervical length

im currently 24 weeks with mo Di twins and found out my cl is 2.8 cm....it started at 4.8 at 12 weeks.  I only met w the ultrasound tech at the dermatologist today and I meet with the OB tomorrow ...just curious what this means...and concerned bc my next cl check isn't for 4 weeks...any info is appreciated.

    From what I've been told, you are close to the point where bed rest or cerclage discussions might come up.   My MFM said 2.5 and under is when they get concerned.   I'd ask about another check sooner when you see your OB.

    I'm a little confused by this post.

    But yes, CL under 2.5cm begins to raise concern.

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
