Pressure

When doctors ask if you are feeling any pressure, where would I be feeling it? Sometimes I feel like a little tingle/pressure in my vaginal area. It's more like when I touch that area though, like if I'm wiping or something. Any thoughts???

I had a week where I had a lot of pressure on my cervix, turned out there was a head pressing on it. Baby shifted and I felt much better. I imagine as we get further along there will be lots of pressure in a lot of places...
