So angry right now

This morning I forgot to take my clomid I realized it when I was just about at work 1 hour away. So I went in to my boss who knows what's going on and explained to her that I need to go take it. She's just like well this and that. So she won't let me go. Now I don't know what to do. I won't be home until 6307 tonight. I'm so aggravated with myself. I'm pissed at my boss. And I'm worried that I screwed up this whole cycle.

DX PCOS, HSG Clear, SA Low Morphology

4/13 - 7/13: Clomid 50mg twice, Clomid 100mg once

8/13 - 11/13: New RE & Redoing all tests

12/13: Hopefully start Femera 2.5mg

    Can you get your doctor to phone in a refill to a nearby pharmacy?

    Cycle 1 1/25/13: Clomid 100mg + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = Ectopic pregnancy
    3/7/13: MTX injections put me on the bench.
    Cycle 2 6/7/13: Clomid 100mg CD3-7 = No response
    Cycle 2.1 Clomid 150mg CD 19-23 + Trigger + TI + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 3 7/21/13: Clomid 150mg + Trigger + IUI #1 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 4 8/25/13: Bravelle 75-112iu + Trigger + IUI #2 + Progesterone = BFN
    Cycle 5 9/23/13: Bravelle 75-225iu + Trigger + IUI #3 + Progesterone = BFFN
    Onto IVF - starting injects on Christmas Day

    So Sorry to hear this, I am sure your not the only person that this has happened too. Please call your Dr and explain the situation, maybe they can call some RX into a pharmacy near you.
    Do you have someone who could swing by your house and pick it up for you?
    You could always just leave work and pick it up, and stay at work later? Sorry again, hang in there. I am sure other ladies here will have other ideas too.

    Thanks ladies. I called the on call nurse at village pharmacy and she said don't worry about it take it when I get home.

    Because some RE's schedule taking it from cd3 to cd7 and others take it from cd5 to cd9.  Taking one a little later in the day isn't going to screw things up too bad.  Glad nurse was able to ease your fears.

    I'm sorry you've all this stress, but that the nurse was able to settle that for you. Try setring a daily reminder on your phone for about ten min after you normally wake up. Thats what I have to do, otherwise I'm sure id have done the same thing!

    Problem: Irregular menstruation, unexplained
    Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
    First RE appt 1/10/2013
    Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
    Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
    2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
    Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!

    Thanks again. I do have a reminder on my phone but I just got a new phone and I must have set up the reminder incorrectly. I have reminders for everything. Re said it was ok but it is best to take it at the same time every day. After I got off the phone with him my boss had a change of heart and let me go home so I was only a few hours late instead of 12. I am pretty sure one of my coworkers said something to my boss to make her change mind
