Pregnant after miscarriage?

I just need someone to talk to, please...

I had bronchitis last month and have been on a 10-day antibiotic (last pill will be friday). I know that this might mess up my period so I expected to be late.

BUT, I was 9 days late and started spotting brown. On day 10, I had heavy bleeding and cramping, just like my period, but only for one day (I usually have heavy bleeding during the first 3 days). And it doesn't feel like my period, I don't know how to explain it.

I have been feeling really weird: sore breasts, fatigued, nauseous, bloated, dizzy, confused. (I know it sounds like PMS, but I normally feel this way a week or 2 before my period is due, and w/o nausea)

 I had a miscarriage in January can't think about peeing on a stick without crying. I can't tell me DH since he'll probably freak out! 

Has anyone gone/going through something similar? I need a human to talk to... Thanks.

After your m/c in January, did your periods regulate or have they been wonky ever since?

Did you have any follow up testing like another blood test or an u/s to make sure the m/c was complete?

I know how you feel about the HPT but it really is the only way to know right now if you are or are not pregnant.

Well, I missed my Feb period and then I went from 29 day cycle to 34 day cycle. I had a blood test as soon as my insurance kicked in in March and I wasn't pregnant.

I guess I gotta pee on the stick anyways, huh?

Wait till after the antibiotics are out if your system. They can give you a false positive.

I'm sorry but there's no way in hell an antibiotic can cause a false positive.

Nope, not pregnant. Dr says my body is still messed up from the m/c on top of the bronchitis last month

And, how in the world can antibiotics give a false positive? Unless they have hCG hormone....
