Healthy Weight Wednesday

Hi ladies! I'm taking over HWW until ITK makes her way back. Lets do this!

Current weight:

Goal weight:

Week's progress:

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth?

This weeks challenge is to do one minute of plank each day. If you can't hold a plank for 60 seconds, do two 30 second planks or three 20 second planks. To do a plank, get down in the up pushup position either on your hands and toes or your elbows and toes. Keep your back straight, no dips, no bridges. Hold for one minute. If you need a break, go down to your knees then come back up.

    Week's progress:
Back up that one measly pound I lost.

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth?
Success! I did lunges each morning and squats each night. Even when we were OOT for a wedding, go me!

I love ab stuff. I'm great at crunches and all the different ab stuff we do in Pilates.

Hi ladies! I'm taking over HWW until ITK makes her way back. Lets do this!

    Current weight: 139

    Goal weight:125

Week's progress: I finally lost a pound. Actually, I think it's a tad more than that, but my scale is not digital so it's hard to tell. I think I'm going to order a digital one today.

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth? I was MIA last week so I didn't do this challenge, but honestly, I probably wouldn't have. I am too clumsy to do any kind of exercise safely with a toothbrush in my mouth.

GTKY: What is your favorite exercise? I wish it was ab exercises, but I have no core strength at all. :( That said, I LOVED my BodyFlow class, which was a mixture of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi (however you spell that).

Hi ladies! I'm taking over HWW until ITK makes her way back. Lets do this!

    Current weight: 147

    Goal weight: 130

Week's progress: Still losing 1 to 2 lbs a week, slowly making my way back to prepregnancy weight. Didn't get as many runs in last week as I would have liked.

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth? Not exactly, but I'm doing a 30day challenge that includes squats, and I'm up to 220, so I'm counting it!

This weeks challenge is to do one minute of plank each day. If you can't hold a plank for 60 seconds, do two 30 second planks or three 20 second planks. GTKY: What is your favorite exercise? Running!! Before baby, my life revolved around running.

    Goal weight: 138

Week's progress: Did all three days of weight lifting and two days of cardio. I was able to do 170 lbs total on the leg press machine on Monday. :-) Still at 95 lbs of assistance for my pull ups and dips. I've been eating healthier throughout the weeks (I think), but I'm still just not losing weight, and I won't cut calories while breastfeeding.

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth? Did not attempt. I only train each muscle group once per week to allow for recovery time. Leg day is Monday only.

GTKY: What is your favorite exercise? Weights! I think legs are my favorite to train, followed by back. Those are my two strongest muscle groups.

Current weight: 4 days PP and too lazy to bend down and get the scale.

Goal weight: my goal was to gain only 15lbs during my pregnancy since that was what my dr recommended. I gained 17, and went to 41w5days.
New goal: get to pre pregnancy weight?

Week's progress: unsure, busy having a baby

How did you do on last weeks challenge to do squats or lunges each time you brush your teeth? Did not attempt.

GTKY: What is your favorite exercise? Swimming for sure, can't wait to get the okay.

Did you have your baby? Did i miss the post? Congrats!
