Hey lady!  I have carpel tunnel going on too.  It's killer! 

Mine is generally right before bed and then again when I wake up.  I can't even feel my hands when I first wake up and then to bend them to brush my teeth is so painful!  I get it!  AWFUL.

I talked to my OB about it yesterday and she suggested wrist splits for sleep and to elevate them at night too.  Like I can do that asleep. ;-) She did say that it should go away after pregnancy. I never even knew about this side effect! Did you?

I'm interested to hear what yours tells you tomorrow.  I'd love to hear if its different that what mine shared.

Hey, I'll let you know what they say!

I've tried to elevate them when I sleep, but come on....how weird/uncomfortable is that? Especially when I'm trying to not sleep on my back too   I told DH pretty soon I may just end up in the recliner.

I've heard people mention this before, but I had NO idea how painful it would actually be.  My company is going to get me an ergonomic keyboard, so hopefully that'll help too.

Well because I'm 24 wks and have a ways to go, he wants me to see an Orthopedic doc who specializes in hands to get a 2nd opinion on how to handle it.  Plus he said they could give me a shot if needed.

I've had one of those shots before....not fun, but I'm a weeny.
