Deal or No Deal: Craigslist stroller

First, we made it safely to MO! DD did so well in the car! She had her fussy moments, but so did I.

Because our trunk was so full of stuff we needed to cart back for family and friends, we didn't bring our large travel system stroller. We wanted to switch to a more maneuverable umbrella stroller anyway so were just planning on buying one out here.

Cue Craigslist. I was looking around on Craigslist just to see if there were any deals to be had. I found a pink Maclaren Triumph for 50 in what looks like very good condition. Is this a decent deal or worth the money?

If it's in good condition, then heck yea!

ETA: It IS from 2008 and people usually post stuff on CL for more than they're looking for, so I would contact the seller and ask if they'd take $40 for it. It's worth a shot.

Humm...I thought I remember reading ( way back when I was doing my registry) that Maclaren's weren't really any good anymore.  Also, if it really was from 2008, all maclaren umbrella strollers were recalled that were manufactured prior to 2009.

It doesn't look like the same one BBJ posted so I'm curious if it's a 2008 or later. I had planned on offering 40. This is the CL link, but I'm on mobile and it can't be clicky.
