Finding a Nanny

Has anyone had any success finding a nanny in the Gilbert/Phoenix area?  My husband and I are not sure about having our baby go to a daycare because our schedules are not always predictable.  I think we would prefer to have someone come to our house but want to find someone reliable we can trust.

I was a nanny for twelve years, and will soon be in the market for one myself.. I'm just afraid I will be too critical because I know all the ins and outs of the nanny game.. I will likely go through the universities or local diaper exchange to see where people are getting their nannies. Im not from the area, so I don't yet know where reputable nannies are..
