So pretty much before we got pregnant I had 5 kidney surgeries, so now that I am 24 weeks the doctor has the decided bed rest and no stress as my kidney is giving up once again.

I'm really scared for my little one I've seen genetics and his kidneys thank god are good!

When is the baby viable? My doctor is pushing for 32 weeks I'm hoping for 37 weeks...

Hope someone replies and we can talk!

    Your LO is already viable. If born today at a level 3 nicu there would have 50 survival rate. The longer you go the better but you need your kidneys so it depends on how you do. My sister was a preemie and she is now a rockin 20 yr old college student

    Hello, Welcome..

     

    Like the PP said your baby is now viable.. the longer you keep LO cooking the less amount of time in the nicu. If your body can hold until 32 wks your baby would have a easier time in nicu then if born earlier.. Best of luck.

     

    Join the bedrest post.. Those ladies are amazing!!
